Mighty Moments is an extra-curricular activity provider based on the Sunshine Coast, and we believe in the importance of having strong roots in one’s self and the courage to branch out and try new things. We want to equip all saplings with the tools they need to be unapologetically themselves.

We champion and nurture ten values essential to developing strong minds and good humans.

Chess (Chess Crusaders)

Welcome to the enchanting realm of Chessington, where every piece on the board has a story to tell and a lesson to teach! In this wondrous world, each chess piece possesses its own unique abilities and characteristics, waiting to be discovered by eager young adventurers.

Let’s embark on a journey through Chessington and unravel the mysteries of the chessboard:

The King’s Wisdom

At the heart of the Great Chessington Sea lies the grand castle of the wise and noble pirate King Fancy Pants Rookbeard. He moves with caution and grace, always mindful of his surroundings. Children learn from the King the importance of patience and strategy, as he guides them through the intricacies of the game, teaching them to protect what matters most.

The Queen’s Majesty

In the royal court of Chessington, Pirate Queen Fancy Nancy Feathersword reigns supreme, wielding her power with elegance and grace. The Rook’s Strength

Looming on the horizon like grand galleons, the Rooks are the mighty pirate ships that patrol the edges of Chessington’s seas. At the heart of every pirate’s tale is Pirate King Fancy Pants Rook Beard’s legendary ship, The Black Rose, the most feared and respected ship of them all. The Bishop’s Wisdom
